Follow these steps to get the most out of your Flowter experience and enjoy the relaxation and potential improvement in your sleep.
Step 1: Preparation
Place the Flowter in a quiet and pleasant place in your home or in a place of your choice where you can be undisturbed.
Step 2: Assume sitting position
Adjust your seating position: hold the backrest at the top and then step on the "flow" pedal with your foot. Now you can adjust your height and when you take your foot off, it will lock in place. You can check whether it has locked in place by looking at the safety latch.

When you feel refreshed and relaxed, slowly stand up and stretch your muscles to make sure you feel comfortable after relaxing.
